I really enjoyed the presentation during a conference in Safety Harbor, FL. I have always believed in creating your own happiness, and it is so refreshing to share ideas with coworkers and hear a speaker who is so positive, humorous, and practical. I recently attended leadership training provided by Tippy. I feared a couple of long, boring days in a classroom. But not when Tippy's teaching the class. She makes everything fun by the sheer nature of her personality. She is a force unto her self, bringing her smarts and her joy with her, I can only imagine, everywhere she goes. Thank you Tippy! Wow! Tippy just wrapped up 23 classes for us, via classroom, video conferencing and webinar, on performance enhancement and the design and use of SMART goals. Her 23th class was just as enthusiastic and engaging as the first. Tippy has the ability to put participants at ease and encourages a positive learning environment. She is also able to quickly assess the level of participant engagement and strives to provide an atmosphere where they can feel “safe” in speaking about their concerns. This is always a valuable skill when instructing adults on complex or difficult subjects. Submitted By: Robbie Yarborough

We had the True Colors training for our agency and it was wonderful!! Tippy is wonderful and highly entertaining! I learned a lot about myself and my co-workers. I think we all took something from it and will use what we learned to better our relationships with each other, our clientele, and boost morale between us all!!!
